I would like to talk to a customer service personal please, I have a question into re-guards of 2018 taxes. I completely forget to put on my 2018 tax return that I had done an energy efficient improvement on my home. I replaced all the windows. And now for this tax return i found my paper work and want to know how can I fix this problem.

If you did not include a credit on your 2018 tax return, you will need to amend your 2018 tax return.

For TurboTax Online, simply login to your account and select the 2018 version “Amend a return". If you used our CD/download product, sign back into your return and select “Amend a filed return.

I have a meagerness that my taxes were excepted by IRS however, Intuit shows now copy of my taxes exist

@jaymac8003 Not sure what a "meagerness" is. You might be looking in the wrong account in TT.

Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them. Log out of the account you are in now.

Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax? If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.

We make purchase yesterday of Turbotax software (2016,2017& 2018) and downloaded under the instructions.

Mr Earnest promised me to follow up today between 4pm-5pm E-time and just reminder please.

Phone support is not provided with the Free Edition. If you are using a paid version of the software or if you purchased PLUS you can get phone support when customer support is there. Otherwise, post your question here and someone will try to help.
