up to 5 computer installs ?

I installed the cd version of 2020 deluxe on my mac with serial code. No issues..... but now when my daughter downloads the same version (she has no dvd/cd drive) she gets an error that its a code already owned.

Whats the best way to allow her to install my version/serial onto her mac?

I called in as instructed and had the most intelligent and knowledgeable tech rep help me out with my issue. Hands down the most refreshing support help ever in any category or business!!!!

What was the response? I called in today and the rep could not help me do the install. This issue seems to affect a LOT of people!
