I received a 1099 NEC that had my name and SSN instead of my business name and EIN. After weeks of asking for it to be corrected and being told they would by this Monday 4-12, they informed me it was too much trouble and to enter it as is but create a another Sch C under my name and SSN. Does this sound right?

Report it as if it listed your business and the business EIN. You don't need to create a second Schedule C.

Thank you David,

To clarify -

So instead of entering it as the 1099 NEC states with my name and SSN go ahead and use my business name and EIN when entering it into Turbo Tax
