How do I select a different tax form?

I want to use a 1040 but I do not see it here, what are your suggestions?

TurboTax supports IRS form 1040 and 1040-SR.

Have you entered any information into the software? If so, you can review what you have entered into the 1040 in TurboTax Online by following these directions.

Down the left side of the screen, click on Tax Tools.
Click on Tools.
Under Other helpful links, click on View Tax Summary.
Down the left side of the screen, click on Preview My 1040 to see the actual tax return that you prepared.
Down the left side of the screen, click Back to return.

What different form do you want? Turbo Tax only prepares the 1040 or 1040SR if you are 65+. And the schedules and forms that go with the 1040.
