Hi. I want to change payment methods...instead of check I want to pay with my debit card..how can I do it??

If you haven't e-filed your return yet (or your return is in Rejected status), you can revisit the File section in TurboTax to either correct your account information or choose a different tax payment method (such as changing from sending a paper check to direct debit). There you will enter the routing and account number for your bank account.

How can I confirm my payment method to the IRS?

I understand that I can't change the method if I've filed, but I don't know what method was entered when I filled out the return. My first choice was a direct debit in mid-May and my return was rejected because that was past the normal filing deadline. When I returned to the file, the program went through my return without asking about the payment method.
