I can not get into my account. I was in earlier and completed my 2020 Tax form and had to get out, now I can't get back to send it.

To access your current or prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

When you sign onto your online account and land on the Tax Home web page, scroll down and click on Add a state.

This will take you back to the 2020 online tax return.

I have a new computer and it looks like turbotax is logging me out

When I've had problems with accessing my TurboTax account I have called the help line and they have guided me through whatever steps I have needed to get into my account. I don't know if this is much help but it's worked for me.
