Based on another thread I think the user is using desktop software (CD/download).

But the question is vague and without context. I don't know if user is simply asking what methods one can use to pay the state efile fee--i.e., which credit/debit cards are accepted; or the mechanics of paying, or a problem paying, or what. Based on another thread, he may actually be asking how to get around a problem.

NOTE: Be aware that the choice to "pay fees out of the Federal refund" has an additional $40 service fee--$45 for California filers. You'll save money by paying the 24.99 state efile fee upfront with credit/debit card.

By the way, if you have recently updated your TurboTax desktop software, reboot/restart your computer, then relaunch TurboTax. It may or may not make a difference with this issue, however.
