Our system automatically sends emails when an account is logged into, or when a return is opened. If you logged into your TurboTax account and opened your return, then you accessed the information. If you are concerned about this, you can log into your account and verify the information is correct.

I called the number on the e mail saying my form was accessed. The number is not a working number.

It is a notification that a different device from the last time was used to access your account. Here is a link with more information. If you are concerned that someone other than you accessed your TurboTax account. Use this link to contact customer support.

It was me( Kim Moore accessed in my account with another device, computer issues, also was trying to do my taxes for year(s) 2018, 2017 . I guess turbo tax thought they were all 2019. (3 yrs tax )

That's fine. You'll be notified when your account was accesses from a different device. TurboTax is just letting you know in case it wasn't you. You can ignore the message.

problem is I havent logged into my returns since April. And I just got three emails that the last three years returns were accessed.

I received 3 emails stating that my account was accessed all with the same time and date stamp. Are all these from my access or can it be someone else?

Were you accessing TurboTax during this time? If you don't think so or you are not sure, I would change your password. To do this, please see the help article here.

@Marksketo, if you did not access your return, I would suggest changing your user ID and password. You can also add a phone number, if you haven't done so already or turn on two-step authentication. I hope this helps.
