Importing 2019 tax return

I installed turbo tax 2020 - then proceeded to work on my taxes. apparently, i didn't save the file. when i went back to it a few days later, there was no record of my started 2020 return. I started a new return. I was not prompted to import my 2019 return info. what can i do?

I cannot find anywhere that allows me to import our 2019 turbotax refund. Last year was the first time we didn't use a cd, we downloaded from the internet.

This question is pretty common and yet it has been sitting out there, unanswered, since February. Very discouraging.
