    <description>I was told that if I e-flied (which I did), I wouldn't need to do anything, yet nothing has happened. Should I attempt to amend or wait like what was recommended then?</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The IRS will be handling the unemployment compensation exclusion and send a tax refund if you are eligible starting in May.&amp;nbsp; There is no need for you to file an amended tax return for the exclusion.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;ok. but I am figuring that this will go from a payment to a refund. should I go ahead and pay since this won't be resolved until May?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
