    <description>&lt;P&gt;Starting Turbo Tax 2020. It states it need to update. Won't update. Says to manually update. Down load update [phone number removed] and it will not install because it can not fine Turbo Tax 2020, which is on the F drive. After failing to update, it states it is restarting Turbo Tax. Never does. This happens every update!       <description>&lt;P&gt;You downloaded the manual patch? &amp;nbsp;Try moving the patch to the same directory that the program is in before running it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Having the TurboTax program on a drive other than C:\ will cause unforeseen issues.&amp;nbsp; You should consider uninstalling the program from the F:\ drive and re-install on C:\&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I would also suggest using Revo Uninstaller, a free application, when uninstalling from the F:\ drive as the normal Microsoft uninstall leaves behind files that may interfere with the newly installed program on C:\&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;This is not a TurboTax recommendation, only a personal one since I have used this in the past when one of the Beta TurboTax programs that when uninstalled interfered with installation of the TurboTax 2020 software.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
