E-file rejected three times--IND-031-04 error.

E-file for 2020 being rejected. First, I triple checked the AGI from 2019. TurboTax inserts this automatically from my 2019 return. I confirmed the amount on the form and tried entering it manually. I entered the same amount for me and my wife since we file jointly. The other issue is the "self-selected" pin from last year. I have never e-filed until 2020. But I did find a self-selected e-file pin in my worksheets from 2019, so I used those again. Rejected.

Tried making up random pins. Rejected.

Tried manually entering AGI. Rejected.

Tried just using AGI, but TurboTax will not let me proceed without pins.

STUCK.

Try using a zero for the AGI for you and your spouse. The self-select pin is not necessary to use in this case. If the rejection continues, you may need to print and mail in your return.
