I received a thank you for your payment from turbo tax. I requested fees to be taken from refund. Does that mean my refund has been received? I saw on another post where people requested fees to be withheld from their refund but received a notice that TT will take out of their bank account because of the delay with their refund. What does it mean payment received?

You should have received several emails from us prior to any fee being withdrawn.
