Yes, you can retrieve your IRS ID protection PIN by using this IRS link.

Have you ever filed before? The IRS would have your address from last year's tax return. Is this your first year filing a tax return?

An IP-PIN might have been obtained by your parents, or another taxpayer who was authorized to claim you as a dependent, if someone stole your social security number and tried to file a tax return in your name or claim you as a dependent.

Start by creating an account on the IRS web site in your own name, and then you may be able to retrieve your IP-PIN online.

https://www.irs.gov/identity-theft-fraud-scams/retrieve-your-ip-pin

It may be tricky to verify your identity to get the IP-PIN if the IRS has been previously notified that you were a victim of identity theft. You may have to go to your local IRS office, appointments are usually required.

https://www.irs.gov/help/contact-your-local-irs-office

You can print your return, sign it, and mail it in without the IP PIN, but processing might be delayed.
