Did you receive a 1099? It should say what kind. Like 1099R, 1099G, 1099Misc, 1099NEC 1099Int, 1099Div etc. Or do you need a 1099 to enter self employment income? Looks like you have the Desktop Home & Business version? I have that too. Where are you stuck? You don't need a 1099 to enter self employment income.

my tax for shows 1099-NEC after that it is asking couple question, but I am confuse what it is asking. i am just working as 1099 without my own business. what do i need to choose?

Are you on the screen where it's asking what kind of return you need to file like a W2/1099 return or an Individual return? You pick the Individual return. Or where are you? Did you enter your Personal Info and then it is in the Business tab?

And Yes you are the owner of your own self employment business. You are in business for yourself. Use your own info. The people or company that pays you is your customer or client. You need to fill out schedule C for self employment business income. You are considered to have your own business for it. YOU are the business.
