Prepared my 2019 taxes on TurboTax and then mailed it to the IRS in 2020. Prepared my 2020 taxes on TurboTax and tried to efile but I keep getting a message that the IRS doesn't agree with my AGI for 2019. Never received any correspondence from IRS relating to changes to my the 2019 return.

Any thoughts?

The paper 2019 tax return you filed more than likely has not been processed by the IRS so the 2019 AGI is not in their database.

Enter a 0 (zero) for the 2019 AGI and e-file the 2020 tax return again.

Try entering 0 for the AGI since you mailed it. The IRS might not be done Processing 2019.
