I moved from NJ to NV in April 2019. I forgot to notify the Pension company to change the address until the beginning of 2020. As a result, I now received two 1099-R, one for NV, and one for NJ.

NV has no state tax, no state tax return to file.

NJ has state tax, but I am not Part-Year Residents. It was just that the pension company changed address late. Should I file the NJ state tax return?

Were any NJ state taxes withheld? File a NJ nonresident 2020 return so that they will be returned. You did file a 2019 part year resident one in NJ, right?

For 2019, I did the regular state tax return, not part year resident.

Check the NJ 1099-R. If NJ tax was withheld, you would want to file a NJ return to have the tax refunded. Otherwise you have no need to file in NJ, because they won't tax your income anyways. In a worst-case scenario where they ask for a return, you can provide proof of your 2020 full-year Nevada residency, and that should satisfy them.
