Paper File Payment question: can i just pay with paytaxesusa etc payment processor and not send a check?

Wondering if I have to send a check in, or can I just send in the paper return and pay by payment processor ?

And if I do use the payment processor, do I still send the paper return to the return center that processes the payments also even though not sending payment? or does it go to the other processing center then instead?

Yes, you can make your payments online if you mail your tax return. You can pay through the IRS website Paying Your Taxes. You would use the IRS mailing address for "not including payment" for the tax return.
