      <description>&lt;P&gt;if you filed for a rebate of $1,200 on 1040 line 30,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and IRS subtracted $1,200,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it means the IRS believes you already got that $1,200.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;OR, you don't qualify for it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are they wrong?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If a check was mailed to you, you have to cash it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
