I got a notice from Turbotax that the Federal and State form were rejected. I made the corrections and refiled. I have already got notice the Federal has accepted my revised form. Do y'all automatically refile with the state?

Yes. If you made the suggested corrections and resubmitted your returns, then they were submitted together. The IRS and your state operate independently of each other and therefore, the time frame in which each return is accepted can vary.
