I put in my Employer ID# from W2 & it imported the rest of the employer info. The issue is the name of the company shows up different than on the W2. Should I change it?

Turbotax automatically brought this name in but its not the same as the one on the paper W2. The address is correct just the name of the company is different.

Yes. Please enter the information as shown on your W-2. It is possible that your employer has recently changed their business name.

Generally, businesses that change their name do not need a new employer identification number. Rather, they submit an EIN name change.
