Empty your browser Internet cache.&amp;nbsp; Close and reopen your browser.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This time try a &lt;STRONG&gt;private window&lt;/STRONG&gt; (private browsing, aka incognito mode.)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Log into TurboTax and see if you still hit a roadblock.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Am using the cd desktop version.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;TT hangs up at "Stocks, Mutual Funds, Bonds,Other" when I click the Update button.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I do have hundreds of broker entries.&amp;nbsp; Is there a limit on the number of entries, although I have been doing this for years with no problems&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm having the same issue. I deleted the imported transactions and still the program hangs after clicking [Stocks, Mutual Funds, Bonds, Other].. Please help!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've seen people say to clear the browser cache but that has nothing to do with it as I'm using a desktop version of TT Premier. And yes, I've cleared the cache and cookies to no avail.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
