What should I do with a security email?

My daughter asked me to review her return before she filed yesterday - initially I tried to sign in with her old use name and password - today got a TurboTax security email about that situation - I called the number on the email, it was an automated call and I am not confident about the answer. Is there something else I should do?

There is security in place for unrecognized devices trying to access an account. If your daughter is the account owner you will need to coordinate with her to get access to her account to review her taxes.
