If you do not see your prior year's data in your TurboTax account, it might be in a different account. It's very easy to inadvertently create another TurboTax account. You can check here to find any additional accounts you may have.

the verification screen keeps changing the information so what i eñter doesnt stay the way i enterd it

If it's auto-populating with numbers you don't recognize, try to clear your browser's cache and delete cookies. A full or corrupted cache can keep TurboTax from functioning properly. If that doesn't work, try a different browser such as Safari or Firefox if you're currently using Chrome and vice versa.
