We can’t help with your interaction with a professional preparer, we don’t know what software they are using. If they are using retail TurboTax, they are violating IRS regulations and the TurboTax license, because the retail version of TurboTax is only usable for self prepared returns and lacks the information that the IRS requires paid preparers to include when they prepare someone else’s return.
