What specifically do you need help with? Here is the best way to get to this area in TurboTax:

Open (continue) your return, if you're not already in it.
In TurboTax, search (upper right magnifying glass) for "8821" and then click the "Jump to" link in the search results.

There is no "jump to"...just goes to Schedule E...I am also looking for form 8821, cannot find it onT TO, just pulls up the IRS link

File Form 8821 (Tax Information Authorization) to:

Authorize any individual, corporation, firm, organization, or partnership you designate to inspect and/or receive your confidential information verbally or in writing for the type of tax and the years or periods listed on the form.
Delete or revoke prior tax information authorizations.
