rejected then refiled, Accepted on 2/23. Estimated refund date is 3/16 and still nothing???

No, that does not cause a delay, although, it will push you back to the back of the queue. Still, it takes about 21 days, from the date your return was Accepted, to receive your tax refund. To find out the exact date of your refund, go to the IRS Where's My Refund? site.

@NashayLO Thank you for replying! I appreciate it. My taxes were accepted on 02/23/21. That's over 21 days.
