THEY MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE TO GET A REP.....I cant download the software and I will not do it online with no way of knowing if my Social security numbers and all my private data is secure.....INtuit sux now ..I am going to look for another software.. YOU Blew It INTUIT

Call me pls. I have used Turbo Tax for quite a few years, and I am not going through all these steps to have someone call.

Don't believe I will be using turbo tax going forward! I will go to my sister's tax person.
