I have lost my old phone. now i have a differnt number and cant verify myself for the account. [phone number removed] is my knew number old [phone number removed] please help me change password and update new cell phone number

If you still have access to the email address associated with the account, you will be able to sign in. When signing in, use the email address as the username. Where they ask for the password, hit the "sign in a different way" tab. From there you can have Turbo Tax email you a code to sign in. Here is a link to further guide in retrieving your password.
