Why does the total income under the review section show $13,103 when my W2 says $5,335?

Taxes withheld $344 $292
Federal deductions $5,890 $12,400

My 2020 W2 is for $5,335  but it is showing $13k in total income under the review section and my federal deductions are a lot higher for 2020 even though I am taking the standard deduction.

You would have to look at your tax form 1040 to see what is included.

To find you tax return in the online version of Turbo tax:

On the menu bar on the left that shows.
1. My Info
2. Federal
3. State
4. Review
5. File
Select Tax Tools
On the drop down select Tools
From Pop up menu
1. View Tax Summary
On the left sidebar
1. Preview my 1040
This will bring up your current tax return

Line 1 is your wages

Line 9 is your total income.

Everything from line 1 - 8 are included in total income.

Did you enter any other income like Unemployment?
