I forgot my 2018 5 digit pin. 2018 taxs were amended. I have put both AGI before and after amended and still denied to efile for 2019. What do I do next?

You cannot efile the 2019 tax return with TurboTax. You must mail it to the IRS.

Will this have to be done every year? Is there a way I can call IRS get this figured out for future tax returns?
last question. If I did a six digit pin and make one. would that cut around the five digit pin or no?

If you want to file your 2020 tax return, you can use 0 as your prior year AGI if the 2019 is waiting to be processed. You can also sign by using a self-selected 5 digit PIN. The 6 digit PIN is totally separate- it is an additional PIN for victims of identity fraud or people who requested this as extra security.
