      <description>&lt;P&gt;do you provide more than 50% of his financial support (meaning do you pay for more than 50% of his rent, food, clothing, etc.etc.etc vs. what he pays for).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if yes, you can claim him; if no, you cannot.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but if he has been receiving the stimulus payments, that suggests you have not been claiming him and he is entitled to all three stimulus payments.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You are entitled to them as well.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you have zero income then claiming him is worthless on your return ... let him continue to get the stimulus payments based off his SS income&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;and YOU need to file your own 2020 return to get the first 2 stimulus payments as a refund if you did not already get them and get you on the list for the third payment.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
