This is mainly a user community forum, and nothing account-specific is handled here, but we can tell you what you may be experiencing. If necessary, we can tell you how to phone TurboTax Support.

Did you use Online TurboTax to prepare a 2020 return, and did you choose to pay the TurboTax fees out of your Federal refund? If so, has your Federal refund been delayed an unusual amount of time or reduced? If so, I can tell you more about why such a debit might occur.

If so, what product edition did you use? I suspect it was one of the Live products to have a fee that high; i.,e., one that has help on demand from a CPA/EA tax expert and a review of your return prior to filing. If that was an auto-debit for fees due to extended delay at the IRS, then part of it is likely the $40 service for that payment option ($45 for California filers.)

If needed after that, we can tell you how to reach TurboTax Support for help with any billing issues.
