How do I get the fee off of my total bill?

I do not want to pay for state income tax return since I have to file anyways. so how do I get this off of my total bill?

Delete the tax returns as follows:

In TurboTax Online:

Down the left side the screen, click on State.
In the center of the screen, click on Your State Returns
Under Status of your state returns, are you able to see the state tax returns?
You should be able to click Edit to enter the state tax return, or
Click Delete to delete the state tax return.

In TurboTax Desktop:

With your return open in TurboTax, switch to Forms mode by clicking the Forms icon in the upper right corner of your screen.
From the File menu in the upper left corner, choose Remove State Return. (This won't delete your state program, just the state tax return.)
Select the return you want to delete and click Remove. Answer Yes to confirm.
