      <title>E File rejection</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Efile has been rejected 2 time for the same reason. Reject cause "ind-031-04 AGI or pin does not match IRS records. 2019 AGI from 2019 tax is correct and will not allow a change. Pin was auto entered and verified from last year (2017) a refund was direct deposited.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can this be handled?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
