What is the specific issue that you are having? please advise so that we may better assist you. In the interim, if it seems to be a technical error, try clearing your cache and deleting cookies and if the issue persists, try using a different browser altogether.

I was on the phone yesterday with Victoria, with her help I was able to e-file my return. However, the amount I owed was about three times more than I though it should have been. She labeled the return as "pending", IRS will notify me of the amount I owe on April 11, 2021.
