SmartCheck is in dead loop

Filling out my student daughter return and going to final stage getting folowing:

First of all it is 0, I do not have any! And as you see it is an actual zero in there. I put it again, but Smart check still shows Error.

What should I do?

I found this is the program bug - you leave those fields BLANK, not 0. If program works this way deliberately,

it should at least put some guidelines in here giving you ideas what to do.

The way it works now is confusing, spent some valuable time for nothing, basically for debugging.
