Has anyone been able to import from Wells Fargo & NATIONAL FINANCIAL SERVICES LLC (fidelity)

Wells Fargo I'm getting -

You can ask the financial institution if you'll get this form, and return to import it when it's available.

If you already have the info, you can enter it by hand. (902)

(which happened to me last year, also.)

"NATIONAL FINANCIAL SERVICES LLC" doesn't exist as a search option and I also tried Fidelity Investments

and I get this error:

Something unexpected happened and we need to try again.

Enter your info again, and watch out for typos. If it still doesn't work, double check it with the financial institution to make sure it's correct. (907)

And yes, I have the correct user ID/pwd. I can log into fidelity and see my tax documents. I also tried my SS# for shts and giggles as my user ID -- still doesn't work.

And I changed my password to not include a special character - still didn't work

I cleared my cache & cookies, logged in/out

Tried a different browser -- nothing worked

Use First Clearing in drop down menu for Wells Fargo, they are the back office for WF.
