Unable to find File Extension on TurboTax Business for C Corps

During set up, the file tax extension tab was there- now it’s gone! TurboTax Business is extremely difficult and on Windows, so it’s a terror. Where is the file extension button?

The Business program uses the same file extension as the personal programs .tax2020. If your computer isn't showing the extension that is your computer os.

I have the same problem. It is not an "show extensions", It was (is) a prompt to file an extension. What happened?
