Affiliated parter discount link is not working

Hello,

I have a discount link from Robinhood. I used this link to start my taxes 3 weeks ago and at that time when I checked (using Tools > My fees), the discount was applied. Today I used the same link again, and am ready to file, but there is discount applied.

I think there is an issue with Turbotax login feature. It is not recognizing the link being used from Affiliated partner.

Please note: 3 weeks ago I have started my taxes using this link and I have always logged into Turbotax using this link. Also note, I have deleted cache, cookies and even tried on 3 different browsers, the discount is never applied at the end. Today I have deleted my current tax forms completely from Turbotax, logged out, deleted cookies and cache, re-logged in using the same link to start my taxes again, NO DISCOUNT applied.

I am having the worst Turbotax experience in last 5 years. Yes, I am an existing customer I have been using Turbotax for last 5 years.

If you are accessing TurboTax from the affiliate link and not seeing the discount, please reach out to TurboTax Customer Support via the below FAQ for assistance. Use the keywords billing issues so you get to the right person.

Thanks for responding. I should have mentioned in my original post that I had already spent 20 min on the phone with TurboTax Customer Support and got the same repeated answer which I have read already on different posts.

"Please contact Robinhood and make sure the link is correct"
"We are unable to give any discount"

Anyone reading this and having similar issue like me, don't expect any solution by calling TurboTax Customer Support as they try to solve issues by reading this Turbotax community forums.
