Claiming nephews

I had my 3 nephews since december 1 2019 i filed this yr as my dependants since there mom only came around every few months she said i cnt file them on my taxs since she was but she hasn't tooken care of them at all this past yr is she still alowed to claim them since ive had her boys living with me for over a year now

If the children lived with you for more than half of the year you can claim them.

But can she claim them even tho she hasnt been around for over a year she only started coming around alot when it got tax time b4 she was jumpn from one track house to another

If they lived with you then you can claim them.
