During the filing process (Click File, and start Step 3) in TurboTax you will be asked for either your Original prior year adjusted gross income (AGI) or a self-selected PIN. The AGI or PIN serves as your signature on an e-filed tax return. If you've used a self-selected PIN last year, you can use the same PIN to file your taxes electronically for the 2020 tax year. See Why the IRS Discontinued the E-file PIN.

It gives me the option to change myself the primary to "Pin", but never gives me the option to change the spouse to Pin.
