I need to access Tax Tools and Tools in the Left Menu, but I have no Left Menu! How do I get it? I am opening and continuing my taxes through the Turbo Tax program, as far as I know.

Do you have a black bar on the left side? Are you using the Online version where you log into an account with your browser? Or did you install the Desktop CD/Download program?

The Desktop program works differently. What are you trying to get in Tools?

I have no black bar. My Turbo Tax is from a CD.

I need to access Tools and Tax Tools in the Let Menu in order to delete a form and reenter the information. This recommendation came from a previous discussion regarding insurance premiums and 1099-Rs.

For TurboTax Desktop, please switch to Forms Mode (top right corner)

For TurboTax online, scroll down the left side bar to find Tax Tools

Switch to Forms mode.
In the left pane, select the form you want to remove.
After the form is generated in the right pane, select the Delete Form button at the bottom of the window.
Follow any instructions to remove the form or forms.
