Why do I get error TT3021when trying to update?

When trying to update my newly installed (and reinstalled as suggested) Turbotax 2020, I get error code TT3021. How can this be corrected?

Try manually installing TurboTax instead by following these instructions: Manually Update TurboTax for Windows Software (Basic, Deluxe, Premier, Home & Business)

Hello:
As the entire TurboTax set up has become so cumbersome, the "thumbs up" didn't seem to work, at least on my end. However, thank you for your reply and information.
I scrapped the disk I purchased and downloaded TurboTax directly from the web site. As of yet, I've not been asked to update but when I do, if the problem continues, I'll try your approach.
