Why is it only showing tax due and not my actual refund when I filled?

I filled in February and my account was charged for federal and not state for my tax due. However I was supposed to receive a refund of $100 or more and haven't seen anything yet and all I can see is tax due.

You question is not clear. Would you please clarify? Did you have a tax due for both your state and federal tax return or just one of them. Which tax return were you expecting a refund for?

What are you expecting a refund from? Federal or state? At the end Turbo Tax just shows you the net federal and state combined. But that is only for your info. You will still get the full refund and need to pay a tax due.

And Turbo Tax will always show the tax due. That is just the result of your tax return when you filed. They don't know if or when you paid a tax due and the IRS or state doesn't update Turbo Tax when they get your payment.
