This year I had several issues with turbo tax (TT) which I have not had in past years. the most important was concerning importing items from a brokerage firm (Vanguard in my case). I worked several hours on this then sent a help message to TT and took 1 or 2 days for a reply. It would be so easy and consumer friendly for TT

when one get to dividends/ interest/cap gains to have in TT instructions for that line item "please click here to see how to import items for various financial institutions". I am sure others had the same problem.
