When I fill this section out I go from a refund of a couple grand to owing 20 grand: what's up with that? why do I have to fill out the W2 infto twice?

What is the first section? The W-2 data entry interview?

What is the second section? Entering another W-2?

Where does it say that "Different Section"? Can you tell us the heading at the top of the screen?
