I don't have ANY W2, only W2G (gambling). It keeps telling me on a W2 I entered, which I never entered any W2s, that I am a Statutory Employee. I know that if I did enter a W2 it would be Box 13 that's checked, but I have no W2 hence no box 13 has been checked. I'm self employed, sole proprietary. It will not let me file without correcting this.

I suggest you look over your forms and delete the W-2 if it shows.

Please make sure you are entering the gambling winnings on the proper screen.

You can also scroll under Income & Wages to see what has been entered.

Steps to Delete a Form:

Sign in to your online account

Continue working on your return

Click Tax Tools on the left side bar

Click Tools on the drop-down

Click "Delete a form" on the “Tools Center” screen

Scroll down the list and find W-2 then click Delete

Confirm the delete

Here's where you enter Form W-2G (Certain Gambling Winnings) in TurboTax:

Open or continue your return in TurboTax, if you aren't already in it.
Search for W2G (lower-case also works) and select the Jump to link in the search results.
Answer Yes on the Did you win money or prizes from gambling or lotteries during 2020? screen and follow the instructions to enter your W-2G.
