    <description>&lt;P&gt;On my federal tax,&amp;nbsp; the Medical deduction is automatically cming up with an exemption at $64,000 but I have no medical expense that I have claimed (nor have I had any) and did not enter any. I can not get rid of this, any idea?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am filing Federal and California. I have Covered California (health net).&amp;nbsp; I did recieve unemployment this year.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This may have come from your Covered California or other Medical Insurance Premiums reported on a 1095,&amp;nbsp; W-2, 1099-R or SSA-1099 form. So check those forms carefully for data entry errors, especially misplaced commas or extra zeroes.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
