This is my 1st year w/TurboTax. It says I owe an estimated tax penalty because it doesn't know about 2019. Where do I enter the 2019 refund applied to 2020?

To enter your estimated tax payment(s), while in your return:

Click on Search
Type "Estimated Tax Payments" and hit Enter
Click on Go to Estimated Tax Payments
Scroll down to "2019 Refund Applied to 2020"
Select the type of estimated payment made (Federal Estimated taxes for 20XX)
Click Start (or Revisit)
Mark the Yes button to answer the question "Did you pay federal estimated taxes for 20XX?"
Enter you payments and adjust the dates as necessary
